Show 1: Ancient Prophecies
We are most pleased that our voice can be heard by so many. Each and every one of you can hear us, but so many of you just haven’t tuned into our energy. We understand that our energies fluctuate, as do yours and this makes it very difficult for you to sense our messages.
It has been the most fascinating of times for us to observe the changes that have occurred since the times of the ancients. The difference between how you live your lives to how the ancients lived their lives in the golden ages is all down to your awareness of yourself and the energies around you. We will try and explain this for you. It will be fairly easy for you to understand what we mean but much harder to effect the necessary changes to bring you through this transformational era and into the new world. We are here to help you.
As a collective group of people living on Earth now in 2010 you have more knowledge of the deeper aspects of science and technology than the collective groups of all the golden ages. This has demonstrated to us that the human brain has the capacity to understand very complex aspects of matter and how to use this. I can sense the disappointment in this statement as clearly there are many you do not agree with this as you know there are things you cannot understand about the pyramids. So you are beginning to feel disconnected to this channelling and you are beginning to lose trust in us. This is our intention and we use this to highlight to you our message today. You see there are many on the Earth trying to understand how to use the remaining aspects of the brain yet untapped and do not know how to do this. It is really quite simple and some will find this easy and others will resist and resist this change. You see all you have to do is work with us, listen to your guidance and work as the ancients did.
The reason the ancients in the golden era were able to make such great structures – such as the pyramids and to work in complete harmony with the elements was because they did not try to understand technology or control the weather, or disturb the infrastructure of the Planet. Instead they focused on working with the energies of the day; working with the energies of the stars; working with their spiritual guidance, their angels to follow exacting disciplines which brought about complete personal harmony and peace and co-existence with each other, the planet, the other dimensions and the cosmic order to the highest level.
This enabled them to combine their energies with the Earth chemical elements and create the structures that were right for the energies at the time and for the great and highest good at the time. Nothing was built that would not be for the benefit of the planet, the cosmos and those habiting the planet at the time. This change is so subtle but enormous for many to comprehend. We will work with you to help with this transformation. As you energies vibrate at higher frequencies and your intensions remain focused on the greatest good for all, you will find that your brain will begin to open up to the messages and you will begin to acquire or re-acquire the skills needed to more forward into the new world.

We are pleased to enlighten you. We bring to you a special light that surrounds you now, every second of every day. It enfolds you in a way that has not been felt on this planet before. It is essential for the ascension of humanity that each person finds a way to reconnect to their soul pathway and so the energy we bring is belief in the true you – your purest light. This energy is gently released as you begin to understand and connect again with nature and the Earth.
Your planet is such an amazing energy which is able to retain your wisdom and also encourages you to work with it. It embraces you bringing all the nutrients you need to grow and become physically healthy. Most of you are aware of this offering, but so many of you are choosing to ignore that which is given with love from the Earth and instead indulge in your own creations. You wonder why so many people are unwell and why the ancients needed very little to survive! They found it easy to improve their physical health by understanding and working with your planet and not against it – those in the golden ages did not fight against the inevitable instead they spent time learning to enhance their experiences.
Once you begin to feel your planet, you will become aware of this light which surrounds you. Energetically you will feel very tired, achy even and without direction, yet you will have the feeling that you want to do something but you probably won’t be sure what this is. You are most likely to drop in and out of healthy eating as you become accustomed to this energy. Please try and retain your connection to nature and your belief in yourself. Be disciplined. Understand and feel the energy of the day. This is not hard to do but will be your biggest challenge. You will begin to feel exactly what you should be doing physically and emotionally but more often than not your programme thinking will want to do the opposite. The energy we give to you will bring you closer to the inner you, so the opposition to the true you will become less and less.
We are here to help you. If you have urges that oppose what you know you should be doing ask for help and we will make your urge so revolting to you that you will eventually want to let it go…….. We thank you,

Show 3: Metatron, the angels and Masters leading the planet through 2012.
Hello. We have come to share our understanding and compassion with you today. We know that many of you want to make a difference and are searching for the answer of how to do this. The more you look the farther you feel from what you are trying to find. We are here to remind you to stop trying, relax and enjoy the now. This is the only time you can make a difference - the now. Spend this moment making a difference by being positive. Give a kind word, give a hug, make a kind gesture – maximise this moment. When you have grasped this concept time is no longer linear but is expansive. If you realise that time is like an upside down cylinder with energy that flows round and round and up and up you begin to realise that your kindness, your positivity - your ultimate high energy will reverberate way out to those near you right out through the universe.
Connecting to your guidance will help you ensure that you maximise the moment by sharing Divine Will. All you have to do is feel, sense, listen and act with kindness. It’s as simple as that. Anything else you bring through your connections with the angelic beings will enhance and clarify.
Those of you who have connected with me before will be surprised by the simplicity of this message but don’t be fooled. This is your greatest task - to reach and keep the energy 5th dimensional through unconditional love and help humanity move to the new world.

Show 4: The twelve chakras
We are not known to you yet we hold your life force. We are the energy that flows within your body. We are your Divine Spark energy. We activate all that is needed within your body for you to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy. We assimilate the nutrients from the food you eat and we energise your Divine essence with these. We receive the energies you call upon and we align their vibrations with the momentum within you at the time.
We are noticing that more and more people in 2010 and trying to connect with the energies of the planet, other planets and the spiritual realms yet they have not connected with their own energy. The effect of this is extreme physical tiredness, bloating, aching, lack of flexibility, extreme eating habits and swings of eating really well and then the complete opposite. Mentally - moments of focus followed by inability to ‘see’ clearly, emotionally - a feeling of being lost – disconnected, wanting to give up, wanting to try harder, swings of up and down, spiritually – you will miss many of the messages and answers to your requests and you will try too hard.
As the energy of the planet increases and that coming to your planet intensifies it is essential for you to understand how to work with these new energies. Also for those of you who work extensively with spirit it is so important for your continued development for you to understand how the spiritual vibrations need to be symbiotic with your energy.
Ancient wise souls understood this and many of their disciplines are practiced today and these can support you through this period of transformation. Their practices enable personal peace to grow within and to bring awareness of every aspect of your being. That said, these skills will give you a baseline to develop and prepare yourself for the new energies that come to you. This energy will force the changes that are necessary to align the 12 chakras and to reignite the 12 strands of DNA whether we are ready or not. Hello from your friends. We love you dearly and wait patiently for you to ask us for help and for you to notice us. We are everywhere and are able to guide you with anything you ask of us. We are thankful that you have created useful tools for us to help you see us. I know you would all much prefer to see us as what you have come to recognize as angels – in a human form and of course this is possible but it is so much harder for you to see us in this form as it is not often for humans to reach this level of vibration and this is often as a result of extreme emotions.
We love creating Orbs for you to capture. It is enlightening to see how our energy spheres have captured the interest of people who are so disconnected from our support. It is time now for these people to begin to interact with us. Please see each Orb as a window to the angelic realms and recognize that you can connect with the energy within each Orb to assist you to re-engage with your personal power. Meditate within the energy to bring back your spiritual gifts and to receive guidance on how to bring transformation within yourself and how to engage others.
Remember seize the moment – each particle of energy will have an impact. Make it count by bringing forward the highest possible intention – the highest of energy….what you give out you receive back …create positivity – love life, love the moment….

Show 6: the 33 cosmic portals and others opening in 2012
As I was sitting preparing to receive this message I could clearly hear angelic singing…I just wish I could capture it and play it to you…it was so high, gentle, uplifting and harmonious it felt as if I was being bathed in this energy. I am sure I was cleansed fully to receive this message for us all. The overwhelming feeling I received was of how important this message is to us.
Earth, the solar plexus of your cosmic order is changing. It is readying itself for the transformation that is needed to bring together all the beings of the cosmos. There have been many times when beings from other planets have walked the Earth in complete harmony with the beings of Earth. The transformation will be on such a large scale it is beyond your comprehension affecting mind, body and spirit of all who live on the planet. Being the solar plexus it accentuates emotions – either way negatively or positively. It is with much iteration that we ask you to always conduct your thoughts and actions for the highest good of all. This will enable the solar plexus planet to work with positive energy throughout the transformational ascension of the planet and those who inhabit it.
This is essential to enable beings from other planets to walk with you again as in the previous Golden times, bringing with them new gifts, skills and qualities that will enable you to launch your planet to its new vibrant, life giving role, needed to energise the remaining planets within the cosmos.
It is with such humble thanks that we ask you to support us to achieve this. For the first time since the beginning we are working to bring complete balance to the energy across the cosmos, which means that every person will need to achieve this balance within their physical body, their inner and higher self. This will be achieved.
It is time to fully understand sacred geometry and bring to life what you call the Metatron cube; to understand the healing properties of the herbs mother earth gives to you; to encourage and allow energy to flow through your cells at all times; to be disciplined to exercise and feel energy around you and to work with it; to attune your frequency to hear message given to you by your guides and angels and above all to act on this information…….these lifestyles should be automatic.

Show 7: The transition years between 2012 and 2032
I again talk to you of the importance of highest intention and all actions to be taken with love, peace and harmony for everything in mind. It is time to remember that everyone is fundamentally the same, yet you are driven by the programming you have received during this life and often by the lesson still to be learnt from previous existences. We will help you with these challenges, cravings, addictions, negative thoughts and actions and you will notice that you want to stop what you are doing and you will not know what to do. Usually in these circumstances you would fill this void with another idea and follow that route. This will not happen – you will be in a void.
The only way you will be able to fill this will be to develop your latent skills –connect to your spirituality – listen to your guidance and follow it well. If you deviate in any way again you will shortly find you want to stop what you are doing and the void will return. The period of self exploration and expression is coming to an end; what is taking its place is self development, discipline, personal and planetary growth – bringing our cosmic energy fully in balance. It is very exciting times.
The ancients are waiting to share their knowledge with you, to help you reconnect to your higher self, your Divine spark to share your individual uniqueness with the cosmic beings and to create peaceful co-existence with everything. With much light

Show 8: Fifth dimensional communities and Golden Cities
We bless you all. We thank you all. We are grateful that each and every one of you has the potential to bring light and love to others and that we can support you to do this. We ask you to stop trying so hard; to stop questioning yourself so much; to stop being so hard on yourself – these are energies that no longer serve you well. Instead be pleased with what you have achieved and ask us to guide you more and more.
Focus on what you can do, not what you haven’t achieved yet. Instead ask us to show you how. If it is for your greater good and for the greatest good of all we will engage your energies so that you do achieve what you ask. Be aware that many of you still hold a lot of ego and some of the things you think you should be able to do or want to do you will not do. They are not in your Divine blueprint and will not be of any good to you. Begin to relax and enjoy life. Live life in the moment, but with highest integrity and trust and you will do well.
This is the most magical time of change, transformational beyond your comprehension. Many of you will sense it, maybe even imagine it and these are latent memories from golden ages which will encourage you to strive forward with confidence. To move from the old into the new always results in much change and the planets will begin to align in 2011 and this will see the conditions on your planet change. Embrace this and be ready to support humanity. This is Divine Will and this is within each of you. It is time for you to focus on your higher self – the aspect of your being that is not connected to your brain – this is your Divine spark – your soul. Bring back to Earth your ancient wisdom, your personal power – walk with integrity and love for all.
Welcome those beings from other planets as they arrive to support you through this transition. Be open to new technology that is achieved by cosmic energy, spiritual gifts and co-operative transference. Be ready – get excited.
